This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.88 of 2014 on the file of Tenali Taluq Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections 494 r/w 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the police after investigation referred the case as false. In that view of the matter, no further orders need be passed by this Court quashing the proceedings. Therefore, the instant Petition, which is filed to quash the Proceedings, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
