HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8142 OF 2015 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing Pattedari Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of petitioner agriculture land to the extent of 0.20 guntas in Sy.No.1052 of Akkenepally Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District in spite of petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2014 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to issue Pattedari Pass Book and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.8976 of 2014 on 09.04.2014 and same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 09.04.2014 in W.P.No.8976 of 2014, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in the prescribed pro-forma as per the aforesaid Rules framed under the Act, and if such an application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within two months from the date of receipt of the said application. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
