THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1179 of 2020 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.16 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.
3.
Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and prayed to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner. 4.
In view of the aforesaid prayer, without delving into the merits of the case, I am inclined to take a lenient view on the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District, and file an application for recalling the non-bailable warrant issued against her, upon which, the said Court shall recall the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on her furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Court.
5.
With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
