HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.25303 of 2001 and 1326 of 2002 DATED: 18.09.2015 WRIT PETITION No.25303 of 2001 Between:
Newspaper Clipping ... Petitioner and The SHO, Kurnool PS and others ... Respondents
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.25303 of 2001 and 1326 of 2002 COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with the passage of time, Writ Petition No.1326 of 2002 has rendered infructuous. We have perused the taken up Writ Petition and so also Writ Petition No.1326 of 2002. Having regard to the prayers in the petitions and considering the provisions contained in Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997 and so also the fact that students were suspended from the college, in our opinion, nothing further survives in these petitions.
Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
