Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time, when the Court is not inclined to grant interim order, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as may be available to him.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
