HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.16435 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to relax the condition imposed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool in Crl.M.P.No.1495 of 2016 dated 27.09.2016, to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before SHO of Orvakal PS on every Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the date of filing of the charge sheet. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby relax the condition imposed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool in Crl.M.P.No.1495 of 2016 dated 27.09.2016.
