THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2464 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadpally Police Station, Hyderabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. The said instructions to the extent of the relevancy to the present writ petition read as under: "I humbly that Hon'ble XXIII Special Magistrate Court at Erramanzil has issued NBW against Smt V.Ramadevi, W/o. Chalapathi, age:30 yrs, Occ:Business, R/o :

H.No.1-25, Plot No:25, Venkatrama Enclave, Subhash Nagar, Alawl, Sec-bad in C.C.No.38/2016. In this regard deputed the PC 9245 Sri J.V.V.Prasad Rao and PC 5267 L.Sampath Kumar of P.S. Chikkadpally for execution of the NBW against Smt.V.Ramadevi, W/o.Chalapathi.

I humbly submit that the deputed staff went to the address of the Warrantee Smt.V.Ramadevi and caused enquiry about the Warrantee in the mentioned address but Warrantee Smt V.Ramadevi was not available in the above said address and it came to know through the above said house owner by name Sri D.Madhava Rao S/o.B.R.Narayana, Age: 60 yrs, Occ : Rtd ECIL employee that she vacated the house three years back and presently he doesn't know where she is residing. I humbly submit that the Un-served NBW, Report of PC 9245 were filed in the Hon'ble XXIII Special Magistrate Court at Erramanzil along with the report."

In fact, along with the said instructions, the report filed before the Court below returning the non-bailable warrants is also filed.

In view of the written instructions, no relief in the present writ petition can be granted in favour of the petitioner herein. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
