HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No.840 of 2022 O R D E R:
This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to petitioners/A10 and A12, by order dated 23.04.2021 in Cr.No.234 of 2020 of NTPC Police Station, on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, directing them to appear before the Police Station, NTPC on first and last Sunday of every month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, till filing of the charge sheet. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. G. Mallikarjuna Rao, submits that the petitioners have been appearing before the Police Station from the last 10 months and in view of their employment, it is very difficult for them to appear before the police and hence, the said condition may be relaxed. 3.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that on some occasions, the petitioners have not appeared before the police concerned, as such, the said condition may not be relaxed.

Since the crime is of the year 2020 and the conditional bail was granted to petitioners on 23.04.2021 and almost 10 months period has elapsed, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the said condition. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
