Heard learned counsel appearing for parties. The petitioner challenges proceedings, dated 03-07-2008 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.
The purport of proceedings dated 03-07-2008 is that 1st respondent refused the prayer of writ petitioner for allotment of Shop No.29 and at the same time directed the 2nd respondent to allot shop No.29 to 3rd respondent.
Sri B.Prakasam, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is no longer interested in Shop No.29 and has agreed to withdraw the petition before the District Collector subject to the Society considering his case as well. By placing the statement on record, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
