This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to receive the application of the petitioner to consider the same for the post of Attender as per eligibility.

This Court granted interim direction on 26-12-2003 and it is represented that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim direction dated 26-12-2003.

3. Considering the same, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 26-12-2003. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
