The petitioner states that he is permanent resident of Paravadapalem hamlet of Ugginapalem Village, Kasimkota Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. It is his further case that an extent of Ac.2.50 cents situated in Sy.No.88/ 1 in Paravadapalem, was assigned in his favour vide proceedings Dt. 02.04.1992 and he is in possession of the said land since the date of assignment. He contested in the panchayat elections, which was held in the year 2013 and when some persons tried to interfere with his possession, he filed W.P.No.1197 of 2016 and the said Writ Petition was withdrawn with a liberty to submit a representation to respondent No.4 and accordingly, he submitted a representation, but his claim was rejected on 12.07.2017 saying that no patta was issued in his favour. Thereafter, he filed W.P.No.23594 of 2017 and the same was disposed of on 18.07.2017 giving liberty to the petitioner to vacate the land within six months.
Now the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the said land. When this Court disposed of W.P.No.23594 of 2017 on 18.07.2017 giving six months time to the petitioner to vacate the land, the present Writ Petition alleging interference by the respondent No.3 is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
