I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 265 days in presenting the present criminal revision case. Mr.M.Sai Chand, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case.

The permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2019 and the criminal revision case are dismissed as withdrawn.
