When the matter is taken up for hearing, written instructions dated 05-03-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector Police, Venkatagiri PS, SPS Nellore District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions, to the extent of their relevance, read as under: - "It is submitted that the contentions of the petitioner that the 7th respondent has approached the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to stop construction of compound wall by the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 visited the petitioner's site and threatened the petitioner to stop construction or they will implicate the petitioner in false case, are totally false, baseless.

At no point of time, the 7th respondent has approached the respondents 3 and 4 against the construction of the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 have never directed the petitioner to stop his construction, nor threatened him in that regard at any point of time, including on 10-01-2018, as alleged in the writ petition. It is absolutely false to allege that the respondents 3 and 4 along with the 6th respondent, at the instance of the 7th respondent, have demolished the compound wall of the petitioner on 11-01-2018. The further contention of the petitioner that the respondents 3 and 4 have called the petitioner to the police station and confined him there and pressurized him to settle the issue with the 7th respondent.

In fact, the respondents 3 and 4 have nothing to do with the construction activity of the petitioner, including construction of compound wall, and they have never interfered with the same at any point of time. All these false and baseless allegations are made by the petitioner against respondents 3 and 4 herein only for the sake of filing this writ petition, which are hereby specifically denied."

Having regard to the above instructions and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home and Sri P.Venkata Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for the 7th respondent, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by placing on record the above mentioned written instructions.
