HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.17340 of 2016 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.306 of 2016 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-D I.P.C.

2) The defacto-complainant and accused, representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offence is compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.306 of 2016 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
