This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the orders dated 17.03.2017 passed in E.P.No.6 of 2016 in O.S.No.1625 of 1996 on the file of the Additional Judgecum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
