Heard Sri Venugopal Julakanti, learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

None appears for respondent No.6. Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 were not served and there is no representation for respondent No.1. 03.

Respondents No.1 is one of the partners of M/s. Navodaya Real Estate. Respondent No.2, who is the husband of respondent No.1, is no more.

Since one of the respondents, being the 1st respondent, is represented by the learned counsel, it is suffice to dispose of the present revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though, the application in I.A. No.189 of 2011 in O.S. No.38 of 2010 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, filed for receiving the documents in regard to which recalling of PW.1 was sought for in I.A.No.188 of 2011, was allowed, but I.A. No.188 of 2011 was dismissed on the ground that the documents are attested copies and that the petitioner-plaintiff is not a party nor concerned with the documents and, therefore, cannot be marked through P.W.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that a chance be given to the party to obtain certified copies. 07.

It is true, certainly, attested copies cannot be admitted in evidence irrespective of their relevancy or otherwise. Relevancy of the documents now sought to be filed can be gone into at the time of hearing the main suit.

Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application for certified copies of the documents to be filed. It is made clear that the order passed in I.A.No.189 of 2011 is not interfered. No costs.
