THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2894 of 2019 ORDER :

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in disposing of the petitioner's quarry lease application, dated 23.02.2007.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the In charge Assistant Director of Mines & Geology has sent his recommendations on the application of the petitioner to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders.

Inasmuch as the present Writ Petition is regarding the inaction on the part of the respondents in passing an order on the application of the petitioner, dated 23.02.2007, the third respondent shall pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
