This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24462 of 2021.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the Endorsement dated 08.02.2023, issued by the Tahsildar, Dudyal Mandal, Vikarabad District, in compliance with the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24462 of 2021.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
