HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.17189 OF 2003 O R D E R:

When the matter had come up on 09.02.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on her behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 19.02.2016 and today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

The Writ Petition, is accordingly, dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
