This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution aggrieved by the non-disposal of O.S.No.270 of 2015 on the file of the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District. As the circular instructions issued by this Court to all subordinate Courts require priority of hearing to be given to pre-2012 matters, this Court cannot direct the trial Court to give any priority to the subject suit which is of the year 2015. All the more so, when disposal of such suit would invite reduction in units to the learned Judge for having done so. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
