THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4654 of 2011 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, by the appellant/tenant, is directed against the order dated 19.08.2011 in CMA (RCA). No.2 of 2008 of the learned Appellate Authority under the said Act-cum-Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, whereby the learned Appellate Authority while dismissing the appeal confirmed the order and decretal order dated 31.03.2008 of the learned Rent Controller-cumPrincipal Junior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, passed in RCC.No.5 of 2005.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the respondent/landlady would submit that after filing the revision petition, the order of the Appellate Authority was put into execution and delivery of schedule property was obtained by the respondent/landlady and, therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent/landlady, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
