THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17555 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari quashing the Award dated 20.03.2004 passed in I.D.No.23/2002 after calling for the records on the file of Presiding Officer, Labour Court-I, Hyderabad and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
