THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD W RI T PETI TI ON NOS.2 5 5 7 1 AND 2 6 9 4 4 OF 2 0 0 6 COMMON ORDER:

These writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to the respondents-authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands in question. When the matter is called for hearing, it is represented by Ms.Krishna Veni, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the subject lands have been taken over by the Government by canceling DKT Pattas granted in favour of the petitioners and thereafter the said lands were allotted to LIDCAP and further handed over to TUDA for construction of a satellite township.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

Accordingly, both writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, in both writ petitions shall stand closed. ____________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 20-07-2018.
