This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioners dt.19.11.2019, 28.11.2019 and 04.12.2019, for issuance of new pattadar pass books in the place of old pattadar pass books in respect of their lands situated in Sy.Nos.686, 688 and 689 of Gummadavelly Revenue Village and Gram Panchayat, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The case of the petitioners is that they have purchased the subject land through registered sale deeds and their names were also mutated in the revenue records and they have also been granted pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land. While so, since the Government has come up with the scheme of issuance of E-Pass books under Rythubandhu scheme, the petitioners have also made representations for issuance of E-pass books on 19.11.2019, 28.11.2019 and 04.12.2019. As the same were not being considered, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners for issuance of E-Pass Books, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
