ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 24.12.2012 stating that to avoid litigation the petitioner is not willing to prosecute the contempt case. Learned counsel for the petitioner, present in the Court, also confirmed the above and seeks withdrawal of the contempt case as not pressed.
