This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the decree and order dated 28.11.2017 in I.A.No.428 of 2017 in O.S.No.27 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.
