On 21.08.2017, at request of Sri K.Jayakumar, four weeks time was granted for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the legal representatives, inspite of his efforts, are not coming forward to come on record. He requests the Court to dismiss the writ petition as abated.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
