HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.843 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since Final Report has been submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubnagar, on 22.06.2019 referring the case as "Civil in Nature", the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
