` HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SANTHOSH REDDY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos. 140, 144 and 145 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the trial Court is taking-up the matter for trial in main M.C.No.12 of 2016 in which the impugned orders in these revisions were passed. He further submits that since the M.C. proceedings are in progress and the M.C. is posted on 29.07.2022, the matters have become infructuous. He further requested that the revision cases may be dismissed by giving direction to the trial Court to dispose of M.C.12 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. The first respondent-party-in-person called present. While recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed dispose of M.C.No.12 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
