HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23822 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not counting the services rendered by petitioner in the aided vacancy as lecturer from November, 1988 to 26.02.1998 for the purpose of regulating pay and pension as illegal, arbitrary and provisions of Act 9 of 2000 amended from time to time.

2. Petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.07.2003 to respondent No.1 and requested for an interim direction to respondent No.1 to consider that representation. This Court granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.29924 of 2003 on 12.11.2003, as the relief claimed was ordered to be considered by respondent No.1 way back in November, 2003, I am of the view that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim direction.

3. Therefore, writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 12.11.2003.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
