THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1957 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 23.07.2015 in W.P.No.18945 of 2015.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.18945 of 2015 on 23.07.2015 directing the second respondent therein (respondent herein) to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2014 and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the representation dated 16.10.2014 for renewal of Managing Committee was rejected on 06.11.2015 in office Memo No.11/Hyd/C/2011/Z-I, dated 06.11.2015.

4. In view of the same, there is no contempt of the orders passed in W.P.No.18945 of 2015 dated 23.07.2015 and accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
