THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2634 OF 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff ,under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging order dated 07-04-2016 passed in I.A.No. 844 of 2015 in O.S.No. 213 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Anantapuramu.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of fresh revision petition. 3.

Permission is accorded.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
