THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31608 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari call for the records in L.C.I.D.No.212 of 2001 on the file of the Hon'ble Central Government Industrial Tribunal at Hyderabad and set aside the award passed in L.C.I.D.No.212 of 2001, dated 26.07.2003 and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and back wages and pass such further other order or orders under the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Standing Counsel for respondents that this Court in identical set of circumstances, disposed of W.P.No.27330 of 2010 by order dated 10.11.2010 and a copy of the same is placed on record as material paper.

3. Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of directing that in case there exist any vacancies of E.P. Operators, the 1st respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner along with other similarly situated candidates for appointment against that post, by duly verifying his eligibility and the genuineness of the relevant documents.
