The only grievance of the petitioners is that they were issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds and their names entered in 1-B register in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0-29 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.256/E, Ac.1-19 guntas in Sy.No.256/AA respectively situated at Sampanbole Village, Muduchinthalapalli Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (Ranga Reddy). But the respondents are not mutating their names online and issuing title deeds in respect of subject lands. On that the petitioners made representations on 04-10-2019 and 11-10-2019 to the respondents. But the same are not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 04-10-2019 and 11-10-2019 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
