When the matter was listed before this Court on 18.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of the same, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Learned Government Pleaders for Forests and Industries & Commerce submit that the lease granted in favour of the petitioner was not extended further and that the land over which he claims right was included in the Reserve Forest. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand dismissed.
