Sri Vinod Kumar Deshpande, counsel for the appellant would submit that sometime back the sole appellant passed away. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No.1 also passed away.

Though the appellant passed away long back, no steps are taken to get the Legal Representatives on record. Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
