THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.4838 OF 2016 ORDER:

Smt A.Satyawathi, wife of A.Vijay Kumar, petitioner filed an affidavit that she will vacate the premises within six months from the date of filing the affidavit i.e. 20.02.2018. In view of the undertaking filed by the petitioner, she is permitted to vacate the schedule premises by 19.08.2018 subject to payment of rent payable for the premises to the respondent and in any event of failure to pay rent consecutively for two months, the order shall stands vacated and the respondent is entitled to execute the decree.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
