Heard.

2. The petitioner states that in the land reforms proceedings, the determination of excess land was finally decided by this Court in C.R.P.No.4046 of 1982, dated 10.02.1987, wherein the land held by the petitioner was substantially reduced. Hence, as a consequence, the excess land which was obtained under Surrender was re-transferred to the petitioner vide proceedings of the Land Reforms Tribunal, Adoni, in C.C.No.2009/PKD/75, dated 30.10.2010, and the said order specifically transfers the lands admeasuring Ac. Ac. 21.99 cents in Survey No.624/1 in Machapuram Village, Ac. 10.94 cents in Survey No.206/1 and Ac. 09.13 cents in Survey No.167 in Kapatralla Village. The petitioner intends to sell these three lands and stated to have presented the entire document to the 5th respondent. However, he declined to receive and process the said document. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015.

4. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 5th respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 5th respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908. If, however, the document is found to be complied with

all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR 22nd December, 2015 KL
