This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the representation dated 2301-2019 for ensuring providing protection to the tower being erected at H.No.1-1-1231/1, situated at Rakasipet, Bodhan Nizamabad District, as per permission dated 05-11-2018. Counter affidavit is filed stating that respondents are ready to give police protection if this Court grants said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court in WP.No.14941 of 2016, dated 28-04-2016. Having regard to the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, Bodhan Police Station, Nizamabad to consider the representation of the petitioner-company and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
