After debating for some time at the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedies, including filing a fresh Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the aggrieved party to approach the Court and avail the remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
