When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 27.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadi Shareef Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. 2.

According to the said instructions, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, police have registered Crime No.30 of 2018 under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. on 26.01.2018. The said instructions are placed on record. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
