HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2833 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in proceeding with Inam Appeal vide File No.F1/2154/2019 without granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner without considering the reopen application dated 06-12-2019 and direction application dated 03-012020. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced a copy of order dated 08-02-2020 passed in the appeal in question and furnished a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08-02-2020 in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
