For the reasons stated in the accompany affidavit, the application is ordered, as prayed for. Paragraph No.6(i) of the order, dated 03.02.2026 in Crl.P.No.1019 of 2026 shall be modified as under: "The petitioners-accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubabad."
