Heard Mr.P.Raghavender Reddy for petitioner and Standing Counsel for respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat.

The petitioner challenges notice, dated 01.11.2016. As rightly pointed by Mr.P.Raghavender Reddy, the notice is not issued either after verification of record or on well-informed reasons.

Be that as it may, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be given liberty to state his case by filing explanation within three days from today and respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat is directed to consider the explanation and communicate the decision within one week thereafter.
