THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.497 of 2018 ORDER:

A letter, dated 16.07.2018, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registrar (Judicial) stating various facts and further submitting that the petitioner does not want to pursue the present contempt case, as the cause title is not correctly shown in the present contempt case. A request is accordingly made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case reserving liberty to file a fresh contempt case, by showing the correct cause title. 2.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
