This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District in disposing of C.C.No.276 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.276 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.276 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
