JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Shankar Narayana) The learned Government Pleader for Appeals appearing for the appellant has submitted that the matter is settled in Lok Adalat so far as all the respondents are concerned except the 2nd respondent who died during the pendency of the suit, but steps could not be taken to bring his legal representatives on record.

In view of the above submission, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated against the 2nd respondent. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Appeal Suit, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
