ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside G.O. Rt. No.273, Higher Education (UE.I) Department, dt.15.4.2010, of respondent No.1, whereby it has rejected the representation of the petitioner for continuing her in the post of Assistant Librarian in respondent No.2 University beyond X-plan period. By order dt.23.4.2010, this Court has granted interim direction to continue the petitioner in the post of Assistant Librarian in respondent No.2 - University. Mr. V. Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of the said interim order the petitioner was continued till she has attained the age of superannuation and that accordingly the interim order worked itself out.

He has also submitted that as pension was not released to the petitioner, she has filed a fresh writ petition wherein the respondents have taken a stand that in view of the pendency of the present writ petition, pension was not released. Inasmuch as the relief claimed in this writ petition has been granted by way of interim order dt.23.4.2010, no further adjudication of this writ petition is necessary. The petitioner shall be entitled to pursue her claim for fixation of pension independently. Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.3066 of 2011 and 34450 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 27-10-2015 bnr
