CVNR,J & KVL,J W.P.No.32674 of 2017 23.10.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash order, dated 28.07.2017, in O.A.No.2151 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

After arguing the case and on being convinced that the petitioner has no case on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with the request that the representation made by his client for retaining him in one of the two vacant posts at Martur as his wife is working in Guntur District may be directed to be considered by the respondents. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to sympathetically consider the representation of the petitioner for retaining/retransferring him to one of the two vacant posts at Martur, take an appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40634 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
