This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 08.08.2013, of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Vikarabad, passed in I.A.No.15 of 2013 in O.S.No.117 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff endorses the fact brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 17.12.2014 and submits that the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous, as no cause survives for adjudication. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
